Severe Bleeding
- Apply direct pressure with clean cloth
- Keep pressure applied
- Call 112
Burns
- Cool with running water for 10-20 minutes
- Do not use ice, butter, or creams
- Cover with clean, dry bandage
- Seek medical attention for serious burns
Choking (Conscious Adult)
- Ask “Are you choking?”
- Give 5 back blows between shoulder blades
- Give 5 abdominal thrusts (Heimlich maneuver)
- Repeat until object is expelled or person becomes unconscious
Allergic Reaction
- EpiPen location: TBD
- Administer EpiPen if severe reaction

- Note time of administration
